Diolch Awards

The Diolch Awards are your way to tell us about someone (or a team of people) who has given you exceptional service.

Have you received exceptional service from our staff at Llyn Brenig? Would you like them to know how you feel?

This could include anyone at Llyn Brenig who has, for example, gone the extra mile to help you, anticipated your needs and responded to them, delivered exceptional customer service or given you a few extra chips in the café!

Everyone nominated will be told that you appreciated their efforts. There are also monthly and annual awards where winners will be given a letter of congratulation and gift vouchers in recognition of their service.
