This Saturday 20th May, there will be no public access to any part of the Alwen plantation or reservoir due to Knutsford & District Motor Club’s Plains Rally.
The Plains is a multi-venue special stage motor rally. The event will run a total of four special stages in the Alwen plantation and consequently, for reasons of safety, access to the area will be limited on that day only.
Llyn Brenig, the visitor centre and all its attractions, will remain open with the exception of the Two Lakes Walk.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this temporary closure.
